  • Housekeeping Operations: Follow detailed cleaning checklists and procedures to ensure thorough cleaning and organization of all areas. Restock common areas, resident rooms, and bathrooms with necessary supplies.
  • Equipment and Chemicals: Set up and mix cleaning solutions according to specifications. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
  • Specialized Tasks: Steam clean or shampoo carpets, dust furniture and walls, clean windows and mirrors, and make adjustments to heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
  • Waste Management: Gather and empty trash, remove debris from outdoor porches, parking lots, and dumpster areas.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Ensure all bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and liquid soap. Replace light bulbs throughout the community.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. One year of job-related experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Understanding of infection control procedures, ability to multitask and manage stress, and written and verbal communication skills.
