Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Custodial Staff member for our facilities. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of various locations through effective cleaning techniques and equipment. The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to work during night shifts and weekends, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Core Duties:
  • Maintain and clean restrooms, holding areas, break rooms, inspection zones, and office spaces
  • Perform dusting, mopping, waste collection, and vacuuming in assigned areas
  • Oversee custodian supply areas and report any maintenance needs to management
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in required safety training sessions
Incentive: Our organization provides a sign-on incentive for qualified individuals with disabilities under the AbilityOne Program, which may include a $1000 bonus distributed in three installments.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Successful completion of a background investigation including NCIC-III screening

  • Provision of employment history with supervisor references and reasons for separation
  • Disclosure of any criminal records or governmental financial obligations
