About the Opportunity: We are seeking a Workday Compensation Specialist to join our team at EQ Office. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday, compensation management systems, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our organization's compensation programs using Workday. You will also oversee talent operations functions, including onboarding, pay changes, promotions, and other HR-related processes. Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement compensation programs using Workday.
  • Manage and administer Workday, compensation management systems, and other HR-related tools.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey compensation information to employees.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in compensation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Expertise in Workday and compensation management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
