Route Sales Professional

PepsiCo is a leading manufacturer of food and beverage products. As a Route Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering and merchandising our products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required for this position.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel to different stores and locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering and merchandising Frito-Lay products to local stores
- Partnering with store managers to increase sales and promote products
- Maintaining accurate records and order processing throughout the day
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include paid time off, health care benefits on day one (including dental and vision), and retirement savings benefits such as a 401(k) Plan with Company match.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance. You must also be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you'll need to pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
