As a Clinical Care Provider for Neurosurgery and Spine, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical care to patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care according to established protocols and evidence-based practice standards
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential medical records
  • Participating in performance improvement processes to meet quality of care and service standards
  • Providing patient education, counseling, and instruction regarding diagnosis, treatment, and preventative care
  • Supporting accreditation, compliance, and regulatory activities of the organization
