Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Step Down Care

TotalMed Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Step Down Unit. As a member of our team, you will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

About the Role

In this role, you will assess patients' medical needs, develop treatment plans, and educate patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques. You will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.

Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical needs
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

* Master's degree in Nursing or related field
* Current APRN license
* Two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a hospital setting

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
