Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of mental health professionals, including clinicians, interns, and case managers.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices to enhance client social and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Clinical Services to develop new supportive programs and services.
  • Ensure compliance with program contract requirements and maintain regular contact with county contract monitors.
  • Communicate effectively with community partners and address client concerns regarding service delivery.
Requirements
  • California licensure as MFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist is required.
  • Strong understanding of trauma-focused interventions and trauma-informed practices.
