We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to our customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, counseling customers regarding health care and prescription medication needs, and maintaining confidential information.
Key Responsibilities- Provides pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders
- Counsels customers regarding health care and prescription medication needs
- Maintains confidential information and documentation
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
- Provides comprehensive patient care to customers, including administering immunizations and other programs developed by Walmart
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
