Job Summary

DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital, a leading healthcare provider, seeks a highly skilled Clinical Coordinator for Radiology Education to join our team. As a key member of our Radiology Department, you will play a vital role in planning and providing clinical education and support to radiology students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to clinical instructors, ensuring high-quality education and training for students.
  • Collaborate with the school and clinical sites to develop and implement effective learning activities and curricula.
  • Conduct clinical evaluations and participate in quality improvement processes to ensure excellence in patient care and education.
  • Coordinate learning activities, didactic classes, and clinical education to ensure a comprehensive learning experience for students.
  • Develop and maintain teaching materials, evaluation tools, and assessment methods to support student learning and growth.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiography Program required.
  • ARRT Certification required, with additional modality certification and experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two years full-time experience in radiography, with experience as a clinical instructor and didactic instructor preferred.
  • Proficient in supervision, evaluation, and instruction.
