Position Overview:

Role Summary:
As an Interventional Radiology Specialist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic and interventional procedures using advanced imaging technology. Your role will involve:
  • Conducting thorough patient assessments and reviewing medical histories to ensure the appropriateness of procedures.
  • Explaining procedures to patients, including potential risks and benefits, to ensure informed consent.
  • Setting up and operating imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Collaborating with radiologists to analyze images and document findings accurately.
  • Responding effectively to medical emergencies and ensuring patient safety at all times.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
  • Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiology or relevant specialties.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, depending on the work setting.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Strong technical skills to operate specialized imaging equipment.

Work Environment:
This full-time position will primarily involve day shifts at our facility, where you will be part of a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
