Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Site Managers at various locations, ensuring alignment with company values
  • Provide leadership for production, driving process improvements and quality enhancements
  • Train and coach team members on procedures and process improvements, promoting a culture of excellence
  • Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching
  • Improve manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality and workplace safety
  • Plan and coordinate resources to meet business objectives, driving results-oriented decision making
  • Communicate information effectively to employees and management, ensuring transparency and accountability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Operations Management or equivalent, with a strong background in manufacturing
  • Experience in multi-site operations, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong background in maintenance and processes, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, with a flexible and adaptable approach

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary: $180,000 - $200,000
  • Bonus eligible, with opportunities for growth and development
  • Car allowance and fuel card, with a comprehensive benefits package
