This role is part of our Innovation Unit, where we will be implementing new ideas and solutions to current and future nursing challenges. You will have the opportunity to develop your critical thinking and assessment skills while using various clinical skills.

As a successful candidate, you will possess:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program, or equivalent experience with licensure;
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a current LPN license within the state where nursing duties are performed, meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements;
  • New or experienced LPN status, with opportunities for career growth and development;
  • Certifications such as LPN-IV and Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association, completed within 3 months or 30 days of hire respectively.

This position offers competitive compensation, including:

$60,000 - $90,000 estimated annual salary, depending on experience

PTO Frontload up to 40 hours for full-time experienced LPNs

$3,000 relocation assistance for full-time experienced LPNs
