As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission of providing exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and effective patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the ICU.
  • Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordinate treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements
  • Current and valid state RN license.
  • Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
  • Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
  • Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
  • Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred.
  • Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
