Bagging Associate

Cardiff Seaside Market is a beloved institution in the community, serving customers since 1985. We're seeking a skilled Bagger to contribute to our team's mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and efficient bagging of items, taking into account fragile products and various bag types.
- Assist customers in removing products from carts for checkout, providing a seamless shopping experience.
- Offer support to customers with loading bags into their vehicles, demonstrating our commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Return merchandise to shelves, maintaining a well-organized store environment.
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas, promoting a clean and safe shopping atmosphere.
- Attend to spills, ensuring proper signage and cones are in place, and sweep and mop as needed.
- Pick up trash from carts, floors, and the parking lot, upholding our high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with stocking tasks and maintain store cleanliness, adhering to safety and health guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications- Age 16 years or older
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Language and Math Ability: Read, write, and perform basic math accurately
- Food Handler Certification required (available upon hire)
