Responsibilities
• Perform initial assessments of patients and caregivers to determine the appropriateness of home health services
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
• Provide medical treatment as ordered by physicians
• Coordinate services with other healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities
Requirements
• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in medical/surgical nursing
• Current Florida licensure as a Registered Nurse
• BCLS certification
• Valid driver's license
