Key Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist with Covenant Care, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans;
Providing evidence-based physical therapy interventions to address patients' needs and goals;
Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimize patient outcomes;
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans;
Participating in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as a Physical Therapist with Covenant Care, you will need:
A Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution;
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida;
A minimum of one year of experience working as a Physical Therapist in home healthcare or a related setting;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams;
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
