The Clinical Patient Safety Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and quality of patient care within our healthcare organization. As the primary advocate for patient safety, the manager oversees the development, implementation, and monitoring of programs designed to detect, analyze, and mitigate adverse events and medical errors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Current nursing license or certification in healthcare safety.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or clinical settings.
  • Experience in patient safety, quality improvement, or risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and accreditation processes.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
