Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Supervisor to join our team at QUICK CARE HOMES. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our direct support services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effective communication with program directors, HR managers, and managing parties to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise and oversee the work of house managers and direct care staff.
  • Review and approve weekly checklists from house managers.
  • Conduct onsite monitoring of individual homes to ensure cleanliness and adherence to regulations.
  • Ensure staff compliance with individual goals and ISP requirements.
  • Monitor staff effectiveness and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with program specialists and house managers to ensure completion of consumer appointments.
  • Relay information to house managers and direct care staff as needed.
  • Communicate with consumer families on a monthly basis.
  • Work closely with program directors and management to schedule meetings and trainings.
  • Organize staff and consumer issues, including time off requests and schedule changes.
  • Utilize management systems to monitor staff medication administration and enter missed dosages.
  • Effectively communicate with direct care staff, house managers, clients, families, case managers, and office staff.
  • Assume responsibilities when a house manager is absent.
  • Attend ISP review meetings as necessary.
  • Ensure completion of tasks designated to house managers on a monthly basis.
  • Enforce state and federal regulations and policies.
  • Participate in on-call responsibilities and mandated reporting.
  • Ensure MARs are accurate and completed at the end of each month.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by administration.
