Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic Dual-Licensed Massage Therapists and Estheticians for our facility. These roles are ideal for candidates looking to make a substantial impact within a prestigious organization. The Equinox Spa is a sensory haven, featuring world-class amenities and a strong commitment to providing innovative and exciting products and techniques, including hot stone therapy and tropical body treatments.

MASSAGE THERAPIST:

The responsibilities of the Massage Therapist include, but are not limited to:
  • Conducting assessments, consultations, and delivering massage treatments in a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Focusing all efforts on member satisfaction.
  • Providing 25, 50, and 80-minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages.
  • Ensuring cleanliness of the treatment room after each session and at the end of each shift.
ESTHETICIAN:

The responsibilities of the Esthetician include, but are not limited to:
  • Assessing, consulting, and performing facials and body treatments in a professional and comfortable environment.
  • Directing all efforts toward member satisfaction.
  • Opportunities for growth into management roles within the company.
Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid TX Massage Therapy license or certification.
  • 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid Esthetician license.
  • Specific training in facial and body waxing is required.
  • Willingness to develop a practice within our organization while enhancing personal skills and knowledge.
  • Availability on a full-time basis (part-time opportunities may also be available).
  • Evening and weekend availability is essential.
  • Cross-training in multiple services, including Stone massage, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy, and Reflexology is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive energy and a dynamic personality.
  • Computer literacy.
