**Essential Functions**
1. Assemble semi-custom single door units using kitted frame parts and prepped doors.
2. Prepare material for assembly using exact measurements.
3. Operate several different saws to cut material.
4. Read work orders to assure accuracy of assembly.
5. Make necessary repairs or adjustments to assure quality.
6. Maintain proper housekeeping and organization.
7. Strive to meet team efficiencies for production without compromising quality.
8. Adhere to proper standard of work procedures and safety standards when operating hand tools and other machines or tools.
**Requirements**
• Ability to read tape measure.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Good hand and eye coordination.
• Ability to use hand tools, pneumatic staple gun, and other electric tools when necessary.
• Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead, or co-worker.
