At Emergency Restoration Experts LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Mitigation Technician to join our team of experts in emergency property restoration. As a key member of our response team, you will be responsible for assessing, rebuilding, and restoring homes and businesses after man-made and natural disasters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers in disaster response activities, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Repair and restore structures, removing and replacing damaged drywall, plumbing, and related materials as needed.
  • Work closely with your direct supervisor to ensure the team is unified and efficient in their efforts.
  • Execute and implement appropriate mitigation procedures, following up as required to assure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail in organization, cleanliness, and care for facility, assets, and equipment.
  • Valid unrestricted driver's license.
  • Basic tech skills to use a smartphone/tablet and relevant software.
  • Availability to work overtime in response to emergency situations, which may include after hours, weekends, or holidays.
  • Experience in demolition, the restoration industry, and basic carpentry skills preferred but not required.

Physical Environment:
