Job Summary

NESCO Inc is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating heat exchangers, fluid coolers, and remote air cooled condensers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and fabricate heat exchangers, fluid coolers, and remote air cooled condensers using a variety of hand tools and simple measuring devices.
  • Identify and prepare raw materials required for the product, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Inspect and install finished materials to ensure proper setting of specific pipe lengths.
  • Recognize and resolve errors and problems as needed, maintaining a high level of quality and workmanship.
  • Understand and follow company practices, policies, and procedures, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Work flexible hours up to 12 hours, as needed, to meet production demands.
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) steel-toed boots, as required.
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve errors.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills to measure and calculate materials.
