Join Our Team as a Metal Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled metal fabrication specialist to join our team at Grizzly Iron Inc. in the Phoenix area. As a metal fabrication specialist, you will be responsible for creating custom gates, railings, and other metal components for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate custom gates, railings, and fence sections
  • Work on integrated projects, cutting and prepping materials as needed
  • Punch or drill holes necessary for projects
  • Layout projects to ensure proper fabrication
  • Build fixtures or jigs to assist in production
  • Read blueprints and ensure quality control
  • Oversee safety in the work area
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in metal fabrication
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations
  • Basic blueprint reading skills and attention to detail
  • Welding helmet and basic tools
  • Ability to lift 80 lbs and perform job safely
  • Valid driver's license
  • Spanish language skills a plus
  • Ready to learn and take on new challenges
