Key Responsibilities- Provide inspirational leadership and business development guidance to the team.
- Develop and lead strategic growth plans for utility clients in SoCal Northeast.
- Expand and diversify Kleinfelder's SoCal operation by providing direct coaching, mentoring, and training to regional and divisional Client Account Managers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and cross-sell services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with senior and technical leadership to recruit and retain exceptional talent to the team.
- Drive sales from a select group of targeted clients and develop strong relationships with clients to provide engineering and professional consulting services.
- Lead positioning and proposal efforts to grow the business and mentor staff to successfully deliver technical projects.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical field.
- 12+ years of related experience, 4-5 years of direct client interaction in the energy market, and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
- 4+ years of sales experience required.
- Masters of Science in Engineering is a plus.
- Professional Engineer License is a plus.
