We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Surpass Behavioral Health. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and teens with autism.

About the Role

This part-time position will support clients in the Springfield and Methacton School Districts. You will work closely with our dedicated team to develop and implement individualized programming based on the needs of each client and their caregiver.

Responsibilities
  • Administer assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and Functional Analysis, to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skills needed for client programs.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless client care and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, caregivers, and team members.
