Responsibilities:- Achieve sales and customer acquisition goals established by the Wireless Sales Managers
- Greet customers with an empathetic and friendly attitude
- Educate potential customers on our telecommunications services and benefits
- Attend meetings and webinars to stay up-to-date on new products, services, or sales promotions
- Work collaboratively to enhance the customer experience and improve sales margins
- Upsell and promote products directly to consumers
- Handle sensitive customer information and input data accurately
