Job Title: RN - Labor and Delivery

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at Providence St. Joseph Hospital of Orange in Orange, CA.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working 12-hour Night shifts. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to expectant mothers and their families, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for childbirth.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to patients with high-risk pregnancies and those requiring specialized obstetric care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor fetal and maternal well-being, identifying and responding to any complications or concerns.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
  • 1 year of Nursing experience.
