Job Description:
1. As the Part Time Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day customer service initiatives, inspiring, motivating, and encouraging associates to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
2. You will interact with customers to create a positive shopping experience, proactively solving problems professionally and efficiently.
3. You will maintain a customer-first focus, delivering a consistently great experience to all our customers with a high level of professionalism.
4. You will model company core values, Our Burlington philosophy, and appropriate back of house standards and execution strategies for the rest of the receiving team.
