About the Job

This position plays a vital role in ensuring that our recreation facilities provide excellent customer service to members and guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phones, responding to emails, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing facility rentals, and coordinating events. If you have excellent communication skills, are able to multitask, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints in a fair and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records and manage facility rentals
  • Coordinate events and activities
Requirements:

We are seeking an individual with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in customer service or a related field. You must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
