Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at CarDon & Associates. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments

Qualifications:

  • Current, valid LPN state license
  • Minimum of a Nursing Degree or diploma from an accredited college or university
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English
