  • Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and other essential patient data.
  • Demonstrate expertise in clinical skills and technologies, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Complete assigned patient duties within the designated timeframe, prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient care.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of growth and development principles to provide optimal care for assigned patient populations.
  • Accurately document patient information and reinforce discharge teaching and home care skills.
  • Communicate patient status updates to Registered Nurses in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses to create a professional development plan, enhancing skills and delivering up-to-date patient care.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in an acute care setting as a clinical technician or one year experience as an Emergency Medical Technician.
  • Electronic Medical Records experience.
  • Ability to wear a 7 to 10 pound protective vest into procedure rooms.
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • CPR certification.
