Senior Caregiver Opportunity at Randall Residence

Randall Residence, a leader in senior living, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and transferring residents.
  • Take vital signs and maintain accurate records of resident care.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Interact with residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as requested.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Desire to work with seniors and provide exceptional care.
  • Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
