Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support and assistance in accordance with individual service or program plans.
  • Assist with day-to-day activities, including personal care, housekeeping, recreational activities, transportation, and community integration.
  • Work collaboratively with individuals to promote socialization, health maintenance, and skill or behavioral development.
  • Accompany individuals into the community as needed.

Work Environment:

The Direct Support Professional typically works 16 to 40 hours per week, as scheduled, at the program location.
