Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of design concepts and presentation materials for clients and project teams.
  • Collaborate with senior technical staff to create construction documents, including BIM models and AutoCAD drawings.
  • Work with project architects and designers to develop building designs that meet client needs and aesthetic requirements.
  • Attend design presentations and project coordination meetings to ensure design concepts are effectively communicated.
  • Support the project team in the preparation of design documents and presentation materials for marketing and sales purposes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Architecture degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably on large-scale healthcare, science, or technology projects.
  • Prior experience with design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
  • Proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketch-up, AutoCad, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated graphic design and building design skills, with a focus on conceptualization and execution.
