We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Storage Yard Attendant. This role is crucial to the efficient operation of our recovery process, and we value team members who can work effectively in various conditions and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the organization and inventory of recovered vehicles, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of personal property collected from recovered vehicles, maintaining a high level of security and integrity.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of lot inventory, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the storage yard, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Assist with the transfer of vehicles to the appropriate storage or redemption lot, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Follow detailed instructions and company procedures accurately, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, with a strong focus on safety and well-being.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly, with a commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
