You will also provide individualized support to students with special needs, helping them to achieve their academic and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning, implementation, and assessment
  • Provide individualized support to students with special needs
  • Help students with toileting and feeding needs
  • Assist with maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment
  • Support teachers with administrative tasks and clerical work
  • Supervise students outside of the classroom as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree or 60 college credit hours or successful completion of Paraprofessional test
  • Prior experience working with students with special needs preferred
  • Bilingual ability in Spanish and English preferred
