Responsabilidades

Gestionar solicitudes de cambios en las pólizas de los clientes.

Verificar números de teléfono, direcciones y correos electrónicos con cada contacto y actualizar la información del cliente.

Atender llamadas entrantes de manera eficiente.

Programar citas para el personal de ventas con clientes potenciales.

Responder a todas las consultas, solicitudes de cancelación y solicitudes de ventas dentro de un plazo establecido.
