Job Overview:
As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you will operate under the general oversight of the Chief Clinical Laboratory Scientist. Your primary responsibilities will include obtaining and processing patient specimens while conducting a variety of clinical laboratory tests essential for diagnosing and treating medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, interpret, and report test results, ensuring their accuracy.
- Verify tests as required and promptly inform relevant personnel of critical findings, accompanied by appropriate documentation.
- Deliver diagnostic laboratory services for patients across all age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.

Required: Educational background that meets certification, licensing, or registration requirements, including one of the following:

- California Clinical Toxicologist Scientist License
- California Clinical Cytogeneticist Scientist License
- California Clinical Genetic Molecular Biologist Scientist License
- California Clinical Hematology Scientist License
- California Clinical Histocompatibility Scientist License
- California Clinical Laboratory Scientist Biochemistry Special License
Preferred: A minimum of 2 years of clinical laboratory experience.
