Job Title: Commercial Roofing Sales/Estimator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Roofing Sales/Estimator to join our dynamic team at GPAC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities within the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, including project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
