Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a department master plan, managing daily results and overseeing equipment layout, team design, and staffing.
- Develop the capability and leadership characteristics of Peanut Butter Area Leaders and Operations Process Engineers.
- Meet Quality, Safety, Reliability, and Cost targets for plant operations.
- Collaborate with other plant functions to ensure all production needs are met.
- Coordinate activities to increase Operations Excellence methodologies throughout the plant, improving metrics.
- Coach others on overall plant product flow, including inputs and outputs.
- Maintain open lines of communication with corporate Research & Development teams and Engineering departments.
- Identify and eliminate losses from the operation, leading in solving issues and implementing improvements.
- Manage capital projects to improve Operations measures in the areas of capacity growth, production efficiencies, Quality, and Safety.

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Previous experience managing others.

- Food processing or manufacturing experience.
