Job Title: Occupational Therapist - California Skilled Nursing Facility

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in California. As a Hand Therapist, you will work with patients to evaluate and treat hand conditions, including chronic conditions like arthritis and neurological issues such as strokes.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and test patients' physical and mental abilities
Analyze medical data to establish rehabilitation goals
Manage upper extremity conditions
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to coordinate occupational therapy with other therapeutic activities

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
Certification: CHT (Certified Hand Therapist) required, along with state certification as an OT with Physical Agent Modality and Hand Therapy
No state license required
