We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our team in Upper Marlboro, MD.

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist with Res-Care, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, supporting their families and making a meaningful impact on their lives.

About the Role
  • Provide safe patient care and deliver individualized treatment plans to ensure patients receive optimal care.
  • Assess patient needs and establish mutual goals with the patient and/or caregiver for a comprehensive plan of care.
  • Ensure the patient's environment is suitable for safe and effective care delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying therapy diagnosis/patient care problems and interventions, as well as providing patient and caregiver education relating to diagnosis, medications, infection control, and safety measures in accordance with the plan of care.
