The Restaurant Server plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service with a welcoming demeanor. Our goal is to ensure that guests enjoy their dining experience, encouraging them to return and recommend us to others. We expect our team members to proactively engage with guests, anticipating their needs before they have to ask.

Please note that the pay structure is based on $10 per hour plus estimated gratuities.

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, guide them to their tables, and present menus, specials, and promotions in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with menu choices, offer recommendations, and respond to inquiries regarding ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary restrictions.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system promptly, ensuring any special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
• Efficiently serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring proper portioning, presentation, and temperature.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tableware, glassware, and utensils, replenishing items as necessary to ensure a tidy dining environment.
• Anticipate guests' needs throughout their meal, providing proactive assistance and refills to enhance their experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely food and beverage service.
• Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen to ensure meals are prepared according to guests' preferences.
• Relay guest feedback and concerns to management to ensure prompt resolution and satisfaction.
• Process guest payments accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions securely, and presenting bills promptly at the end of each meal.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, follow instructions, learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure under pressure.

• Previous experience as a Server in a casual or fine dining environment is preferred; must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
