About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and supporting our patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to patients
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs and patient observations
  • Perform technician duties, such as setting up hemodialysis machines and educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and education on kidney health
