About PIH HealthPIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network serving approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Gabriel Valley region. Our fully integrated network includes hospitals, outpatient medical office buildings, a multispecialty medical group, home healthcare services, and hospice care.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic services in accordance with physician's orders.
- Cognizant of home health standards and practices, including assessments specific to discipline and documentation requirements.
- Basic computer knowledge and abilities.
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist by the California Board of Occupational Therapy.
- Graduate of a program in occupational therapy accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE).
- Eligible to take, or has successfully completed, the entry-level certification examination for occupational therapists developed and administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. (NBCOT).
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience.
- Current CPR card.
- Current California driver's license.
- Valid automobile insurance.
