Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and route incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with a professional attitude.
- Provide essential information to customers with general inquiries.
- Prepare sales and service documentation for the accounting team.
- Organize and file invoices using various methods.
- Make outgoing calls to inform customers about the status of their Motor Vehicle services.
- Calculate customer bills and process payments through the dealership's computer system.
- Address customer complaints with professionalism and composure.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a dealership or retail receptionist role.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Friendly and positive attitude.
Work Schedule:
Shifts available include: Full-time options upon request, with hours such as 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, and weekday shifts from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Closed on Sundays. Scheduling is done on a monthly basis.
