We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our team.

About the Job

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing accounting teams and a strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis.

You will be responsible for overseeing the accounting team, streamlining accounting processes, and providing comprehensive financial updates to senior managers.

Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Accounting and Cash-Flow Maintenance:

  • Manage crucial everyday tasks and oversee the Accounting team.

Financial Management Reporting:

  • Establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a biweekly, monthly, and annual basis.

Accounting Procedures and Policies:

  • Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows.

Establishing an Accounting Department:

  • Oversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity.
Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Accounting/Finance degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing accounting teams.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis.
  • Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting.
  • Experience in managing payroll, with focus on streamlining accounting processes.
  • Exemplary history of financial project management.
