Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at A Crystal Glass & Mirror LLC. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment requiring a team player attitude with the willingness to learn and grow.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word, and have the ability to prioritize and multitask.

In this role, you will be responsible for answering phones, directing calls to proper staff, and organizing and scheduling appointments. You will also be creating and sending proposals to customers, collecting payments, processing orders, and tracking incoming job requests.

A Crystal Glass & Mirror LLC is a Full-Service Commercial and Residential glass contractor that specializes in custom glass fabrication and installation. We offer a wide range of products and services, including frameless shower enclosures, custom mirrors, glass railings, glass stairs, interior glass partitions, storefront systems, glass skylights, office glass partitions, glass tabletops, and furniture glass.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
