Key Responsibilities

  • The Rehabilitation Specialist will be accountable for delivering direct patient care within their professional scope. This role includes conducting patient evaluations, developing care plans, implementing direct treatment, and providing consultation for a diverse rehabilitation caseload. The specialist will actively participate in the interdisciplinary clinical team, offer training and education to caregiver staff, engage in clinical program development, and oversee other licensed therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid state license.
  • Experience in outpatient rehabilitation is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • BLS certification is mandatory upon hire.
