Mental Health Support Specialist

Silver Hill Hospital, a leading private nonprofit psychiatric hospital in New Canaan, CT, is seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to fill various openings for Psychiatric Technicians in our Inpatient Program.
About the RoleAs a Psychiatric Technician, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, providing exceptional care and support to patients with psychiatric illnesses and addiction. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct care and supervision of residents, establishing therapeutic relationships, and functioning as a role model for residents.
- Participating in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team structure, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Supporting patients in their recovery journey, promoting dignity, respect, and a safe environment.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

This position requires a flexible schedule, with shifts including:
- 7AM-7PM, every other weekend.
- 7PM-7AM, every other weekend.
